Family Fellowship

Amount: Up to $90,000

Apply By: May 1, 2019

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who have been in foster care while living in the United States. Applicant must have been in public or private foster care for the 12 consecutive months leading up to and including their 18th birthday OR have been adopted or placed into legal guardianship from foster care after their 13th birthday OR have been orphaned for at least one year at the time of their 18th birthday.

National Sackette Nursing Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled at a Nursing School. Applicant must be sponsored by a Sackette Unit.

PUSH Excel Scholarship Programs

Description: Scholarships are open to U.S. citizens who will be enrolled in an accredited, four-year degree undergraduate program at a college or university in the U.S. by August 2019. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve academic and personal goals.

Race for Education Scholarship

Amount: Up to $5,000

Apply By: May 1, 2019

Description: Scholarship is open to students pursuing a field of study within the equine, animal science or agricultural industry or whose family is employed in the equine industry. Applicant must be under 24 years old  and have at least a 2.85 GPA

Rover Scholarship

Amount: $2,500

Apply By: May 1, 2019

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. residents who are graduating high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors. Applicant must submit an essay on a given topic related to technology.

Stronger Scholarship

Amount: $5,000

Description: Scholarship is open to current juniors and seniors in pursuit of an undergraduate degree who have demonstrated involvement in the advancement of rare and/or chronic diseases, either through research, patient advocacy, raising awareness, or community building.

Visionary Scholarship Program

Amount: Up to $5,000

Description: Scholarship is open to high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are United States citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicant must submit an essay on why college is important to them.

Asia SiVon Cottom Memorial Scholarship

Amount: Up to $2,000

Apply By: May 6, 2019

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll, or students who are already enrolled, in a full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate course of study at an accredited two or four-year college, university, vocational-technical, or graduate student. Applicant must be studying Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a closely related field.

Scholarships for Students with Autism

Amount: $3,000

Apply By: May 6, 2019

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current students attending two or four-year universities, life skills or post secondary programs, or vocational, technical, or trade schools. Applicant must face daily challenges related to autism and attend programs that assist in skill-building, job-readiness, and other transition-related skills.

Bowties and Books Scholarship

Amount: $1,000

Apply By: May 9, 2019

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students enrolled in an accredited four-year university/college, or currently enrolled in a two-year college and planning to transfer to a four-year college/university. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, hold permanent residency or be a DACA recipient. Applicant must submit an essay on why they are attending the college they are/will be attending.

Amount: $1,000

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors or current undergraduate students. Applicant must submit a short introduction an essay about a time they stood up for what was right, even when other people them that they were wrong or thought it wasn’t worth the fight.

Oracle Academy Scholarship

Amount: Up to $10,000

Description: Scholarship is open to African-American sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students with at least a 3.5 GPA. Applicant must be majoring in Computer Science.

Lisa Michelle Memorial Fund Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current college students who will be enrolled in the fall. Applicant must have had a parent or guardian who has passed away due alcohol, drug, or prescription drug abuse.

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current college students in the United States. Applicant must submit an essay on a given topic related to drunk driving.

Amount: Up to $10,000

Description: Scholarship is open to legal U.S. residents 16 years of age or older at the time of application and enrolled as a graduate or undergraduate student for the 2019 term. Applicant must have a declared major of biology, chemistry, bio-chemistry, or related life science field.

Amount: Monthly stipend of $1,383 for the 2019-2020 academic year

Description: Scholarship is open to high school juniors (Class of 2020) who are planning to enroll in a full-time course of study toward a bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university. Applicant must maintain a minimum cumulative unweighted 3.7 GPA. This is the early application deadline. The regular application deadline is September 13, 2019.
