Jack Scura Fund

Description: Scholarship is open to to disabled high school seniors who will be enrolling in an undergraduate program in the fall or are currently enrolled. Applicants must be an incoming or current student of an undergraduate program of a New Jersey college or university and have any kind of disability.

Prospective 7-12 Secondary Teacher Coursework Scholarships

Amount: Up to $3,000

Apply By: May 1, 2021

Description: Scholarship is open to students who are preparing for teaching secondary school mathematics. Applicant must submit a written proposal that includes evidence of their past academic achievement in a college or university and their commitment to teaching.

Race for Education Scholarship

Amount: Up to $5,000

Apply By: May 1, 2021

Description: Scholarship is open to students pursuing a field of study within the equine, animal science or agricultural industry or whose family is employed in the equine industry. Applicant must be under 24 years old  and have at least a 2.85 GPA

Rover Scholarship

Amount: $2,500

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. residents who are graduating high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors. Applicant must submit an essay on a given topic related to technology.

Visionary Scholarship Program

Amount: Up to $5,000

Apply By: May 1, 2020

Description: Scholarship is open to high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are United States citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicant must submit an essay on why college is important to them.

Scholarships for Students with Autism

Amount: $3,000

Apply By: May 3, 2021

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current students attending two or four-year universities, life skills or post secondary programs, or vocational, technical, or trade schools. Applicant must face daily challenges related to autism and attend programs that assist in skill-building, job-readiness, and other transition-related skills.

Description: Open to currently enrolled college students attending an accredited college in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or Washington, DC. Applicant must have a career objective in of the areas of the Hospitality Industry (i.e. Hotel/Restaurant Management, Culinary/Foodservice, Architecture, Interior Design, etc.)

Description: Open to children adopted at or after the age of 13 to provide increased opportunities for advanced education.

Apply By: May 15, 2021

Description: Open to dependent children, spouses or domestic partners of 9/11 victims, including airplane crew and passengers; World Trade Center and Pentagon workers and visitors; and relief workers and visitors; and relief workers, including firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and law enforcement personnel, that were involved in the rescue efforts. Applicant must be an incoming or current college student.

Hsiao Memorial Social Sciences Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduate students attending a U.S. based college or university in 2020-2021 with preference given to research/study topics that benefit those in social/economic need, especially Asian and Asian American communities. Preference for Asian heritage, but it is not required.

Cameron Impact Scholarship

Description: Open to high school juniors (Class of 2020) who are planning to enroll in a full-time course of study toward a bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university. Applicant must maintain a minimum cumulative unweighted 3.7 GPA. This is the early application deadline. The regular application deadline is September 1, 2021
