Applicant needs to have completed 15 college credit hours or one semester at their institute and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Description: Scholarship is available to high school students graduating in the year 2020 from an Eligible Public High School located within a rural community. They must have a CGPA of 3.75 or higher, a minimum ACT composite of 24 or 1150 on the SAT, must complete FAFSA, and demonstrate financial need. The intended recipient of a Hagan Scholarship is a high achieving self-motivated student in need of financial assistance in order to attend college.
